Branded and ​Unbranded  Videos
We can record the video in one to two hours and have the finished video (in the city of Winnipeg and most rural areas)
loaded on YouTube ready for your approval in less than 24 hours. No one else produces more real estate videos in Manitoba! 
 Note:  For larger, over 1600 sqft, higher value properties, duplex or triplex homes), where recording photos and video on site will require more than 2 hours and editing time is extended, add $75.00 plus GST to option 1 below. We do not be take afternoon appointments to ensure completion without impacting other commitments.

  • 30 to 60 Listing Photos with Aerial Photography where locations and conditions permit.
  • Sky replacement in exterior photos when required.
  • Time on site is up to 2 hours
  • Voice over option: If requested, we can add a voice-over dialog to the videos. There is no additional cost as we now add this on most of the videos we produce. We can also record you presenting a property as in the past, if you prefer.
  • New (June 2025)  YouTube Shorts. 60 second videos designed for YouTube Shorts are now loaded to our unbranded YouTube channel to increase exposure at no additional cost. We have over 1000 subscribers on our channel providing great additional exposure

    3    NEW - Photo Virtual Staging. 
         1 to 4 original photos staged, $12.00 (plus GST) per original photo
           5 or more original photos staged, $10.00 (plus GST) per original photo
  • You select which rooms to virtually stage from the listing photos we produce (in option 2 above), and we will provide 3 or 4 different staged photos for each room for you to select from. 
   
   4   Create your own story.

Cancellation within 24 hours of a planned appointment will cause a charge of $150.00 as we likely have delayed or lost a previous request for the same time.

Videos over 2.5 minutes will require a quotation based on the location and time required to complete the project. Note that properties such as a duplex may not fit into a video of less than 2.5 minutes. More than 2 hours on site recording video and taking photos will increase the pricing accordingly.
 
​DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY:
  • Aerial photography and video where locations and conditions permit
  • Within the Transport Canada regulations, and with local airport permission.
  • Nav Canada approval and DJI license when required.
  • Certified Advanced Drone Pilot.
  • If weather conditions do not allow for us to use the drone (rain, snow, high winds or cold below -10° C) , our schedule will not allow for us to return to the property without additional cost.
  • We only use our drone within visual line of sight' (VLOS) as per current Transport Canada regulations.
TERMS: 
  • Videos are produced in full HD 1080p.
  • Prices above apply to projects completed in the City of Winnipeg only.
  • Projects requested outside the above recommended packages or in​ locations outside of the City of Winnipeg will require a customized quotation.
  • There are locations in Winnipeg where we do not fly our drone or record video for safety reasons. This includes downtown, the West End, most of the North End, Weston and, Point Douglas. Other locations may apply in future.
  • To avoid confusion, the photos and videos we produce are focused on the home or building being promoted and not for example, the staging, neighborhood or anything not directly related.
  • All fully licensed background music (included with all videos) is provided to us by Artlist and may not be used for any other purpose other than in the videos we produce. Visit Artlist.io.
  • We don't pick-up and return keys at offices although if an agent can't be at the property and there is a lockbox there, with the keys, that's not a problem.
  • Videos and photos we produced are licensed to the client who requested and paid for the work we provided and cannot be used by any other entity for any reason and, cannot be sold. We own the videos and photos we produce, and the media is copyright protected.
  • NEW: Payment of invoices is required upon approval, within 7 days of the project completion by credit card or Interac email transfer. This is not when the property is sold or when listed on MLS . If the work requested is completed and the home is sold before listed on MLS, the invoice will still need to be paid, obviously. Invoices will only be made out to the person making the appointment and not a third party. Please do not ask for an extension or change to the terms when on-site. If the property is being handled by more than one Realtor, we will only invoice the Realtor who requested the media and not split the invoice.
  • Payment of invoices may be required before we start the work. We don't do "office terms" or any other terms you may think are possible, obviously. In option 1 above, prices are based on the production of the branded video and the rest is included at no cost. Having to return to the property due to weather or other problems may or may not be possible and will add to the cost.
  • Unbranded videos are uploaded to our YouTube channel by us with the correct thumbnail, search tags and description which meets the standards and requirements of the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Therefore, we do not provide copies of unbranded video files to ensure that the standards are maintained.  Our Unbranded YouTube channel has over 1000 subscribers and the channel is viewed 10,000 to14,000 times each month offering great exposure.
